All rates subject to state and local tax
Deposit Information
• 1/3 of the rental rate is required at the time of reservation
• 1/3 of the rental rate is due 90 days prior to your stay
• The balance along with the refundable security deposit will be due at check-in

Cancellation Policy
• The deposit less a 15% cancellation fee will be refunded provided at least 90 days notice is given.
• If less than 90 days notice is given, a refund will be issued only if the vacancy time and price is filled
• No refund will be given for early departure
